These Terms of Service govern your use of the Comunicore platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Comunicore platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Comunicore provides a community management platform that enables estates, body corporates, and residential communities to manage operations, finance, security, resident engagement, compliance, and community services through a unified digital system. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to: violate any laws or regulations; infringe the rights of any third party; upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; interfere with or disrupt the platform; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; or use the platform to send unsolicited communications.
5. Intellectual Property
The platform and its content, including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Comunicore or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without our prior written consent.
6. Fees and Payment
Certain features of the platform require payment of fees as described on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees at any time, with notice provided at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms, if we cease providing the service, or if we determine that your use poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comunicore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
